Week 2: Eat vegetables at every meal
This week’s goal was inspired by the article How To Go Primal (without really trying) over at stumptuous.com. I love that this step involves adding things into the diet instead of taking them away. After a week of eating no (or almost no) sugar I’m ready to make some more changes to how I eat.
I subscribe to a winter CSA for fresh veggies and am a loyal shopper of the local farmers market the rest of the year. Watch this space for weekly produce photos and maybe some menus.
