CSA week 6

This week’s CSA veggies: green onions, tatsoi, chard, kohlrabi plus greens, red lettuce, broccoli, sweet potatoes

Menu:

Saturday – sausage and butternut squash soup
Sunday –  Super Bowl party taco bar
Monday –  beef carnitas, broccoli, salad
Tuesday – leftovers
Wednesday – out
Thursday –  polish sausage, cabbage, chard & kohlrabi greens
Friday – salmon, sweet potatoes, green beans, tatsoi

Breakfasts are mostly crab and squash frittatas. Lunches are mostly salad with skirt steak.
