Menu week #17
Hello blogland! Sorry I haven’t been around for a while. I failed on everything having to do with exercise and nutrition for two weeks. Then this week when I let myself indulge in all of the food I’d been missing. At first it was great, but now I feel kind of rotten. I really miss eating good food.
Hence this week’s menu:
Sunday – blts
Monday – grilled chicken, salad, strawberries
Tuesday – steak bites for a potluck
Wednesday – pork chops, kale, roasted broccoli
Thursday – chicken in squash & green beans in coconut milk
Friday – fish & salad
Breakfasts will be mostly omelets. Lunches will be mostly beef stew.
