Veggies week #20

Not only did I make it to the farmer’s market this morning, but my husband came with me and we added brunch and a visit to a specialty oil and vinegars store to our day. Fun!

Veggies week #20

Everything at the market was so beautiful this morning that I really had to restrain myself from buying it all. Here is what we got:

Beets & greens, spring onions, strawberries, cabbage, lacinato kale, broccoli, red romaine lettuce, snap peas, salad mix with pea shoots, yellowfin tuna ends, sirloin roast, and bacon.

I’m working on a weekly menu now and will hopefully have it done by the end of the day.
