Workout!

Remember way back in January when I committed to doing one intense workout per week? That hasn’t really been happening. But one awesome result of this Whole 30 is that I have more energy throughout the day, and as I lose weight I find myself wanting to be more active. So today I tried ZWOW #10 and, with some modifications, I rocked it out!

Now I can at least feel like I did something today!
