Menu week 26

Hey look, I made a menu! Last week was a nutritional trainwreck. Here’s hoping I can get on track for our few days before a weekend out of town.

Monday – mole chicken
Tuesday – grilled chicken w/ chipotle mashed sweet potatoes
Wednesday – caprese frittata
Thursday – hamburgers w/ tomato & guacamole
Friday – out

Breakfasts will be mostly yogurt and fruit. Lunches will be mostly chicken soup.
