Whole 30 #2: Day 1

Yesterday we found ourselves at the beginning of another Whole 30 with only the food we had left before our vacation. Today’s menu was a little sparse as a result.

Breakfast:

Day 1 breakfast

Chicken soup with green beans and kale. This soup is solid when cold so I know I got lots of good calcium from those chicken bones.

Lunch:

Day 1 lunch

Sweet potato with meat sauce.

Dinner:

Day 1 dinner

Omelet with onions and tomatoes.

I snacked on almonds in the afternoon and had a few slices of deli turkey after I went grocery shopping in the evening.

I feel better already!
