Whole 30 #2: Day 3

Breakfast:

Day 33 breakfast

My husband and I went out to Whole Foods for our weekly Saturday morning breakfast out. There was surprisingly little on the hot bar that was Whole 30 compliant. Even the eggs were cooked in canola oil (yick). I ended up with bacon, sausage, eggs, some veggies, and grilled peaches. Can’t complain.

Dinner:

Day 33 dinner

I knew I would be indulging at a birthday party in the evening (bad Whole 30er!) so I didn’t eat again in the afternoon. I brought a big healthy salad. We won’t mention all of the other things I ate there. When I came home I had a quick grilled burger with some tomato for a bit of protein before bed.
