Whole 30 #2: Day 1
Rather than go into detail about all of the ways I neglected my Whole 30 this weekend while traveling, I’ve decided to just start over. Today was my new day 1. I promise to take it more seriously all the time this go around and work extra hard.
No breakfast today while my body tried to figure out what hit it over the weekend.
Deli turkey, baby carrots, grape tomatoes, and a guacamole snack pack. Later I snacked on almonds.
Our houseguests took us out to dinner so we did our best at a local Mexican restaurant. We split a skirt steak and bacon wrapped shrimp with pico de gallo and extra guacamole. I would have liked more food. I had some more deli turkey later in the evening.
