Whole 30 #2: Day 2

Breakfast:

Day 2 breakfast

 

Leftover spaghetti squash sauteed in butter topped with a fried egg. Yummy.

Lunch:

Day 2 lunch

 

My houseguests took me out to lunch so I made an attempt to eat at Red Robin. It wasn’t too bad! I ordered their bacon guacamole burger with no bun, cheese, or mayo and with sweet potato fries. I can’t vouch for their cooking oil but everything else was spot on.

Dinner:

Day 2 dinner

 

These were amazing! I made the Spicy Mexican Stuffed Poblanos from PaleOMG but we didn’t have any Whole 30 approved hot sauce. Instead I used apple cider vinegar and it kicked the whole dish up a few notches. So good!
