Whole 30 #2: Day 3

Breakfast:

Day 3 breakfast

Wednesdays are tricky. I have very little time at home to eat breakfast before needing to get out the door, and later in the morning I end up at Panera. Yesterday morning I was super hungry when I got to Panera and ordered their sausage, egg and cheese sandwich without the cheese. You can see the bread in the corner of the photo (I threw it away). I also had an apple and coffee.

Lunch:

Day 3 lunch

For lunch I sauteed the end of the leftover spaghetti squash in butter and sage and topped it with two fried eggs.

Later on I snacked on turkey slices and a kiwi fruit.

Dinner:

Day 3 dinner

You can’t go wrong with a pile of baked chicken wings and some sliced cold veg. This was a good warm weather dinner.
