Whole 30 #2: Day 7

It might be better to just not speak of this day, but I’ll confess my transgressions to you anyway.

Breakfast:

None, which is normal on Sundays.

Lunch:

Day 7 lunch

 

We had a quick lunch of burgers with guacamole and tomato to fortify us before a friend’s party in the afternoon.

Dinner:

I went completely off the rails at the party. There was pizza and biscuits and wine and juice and I ate it all. As a result, I was horribly full for the next 7 hours and have been suffering in various ways. Suffice it to say that it was totally not worth it.

Tonight I cooked our lunches for the week so we can get a good start on Monday morning.
