Whole 30 #2: Day 9

Breakfast:

Day 9 breakfast

 

This doesn’t look like much, but it was 1/4 of a tasty salmon and tomato frittata (that I left in the oven too long).

Lunch:

Day 9 lunch

 

Mel’s chocolate chili over half a mashed sweet potato. I think my husband and I could eat this every day and be completely happy.

Dinner:

Day 9 dinner

 

Another batch of spicy stuffed poblanos, except this time I added diced eggplant to the ground beef stuffing. I have to squeeze in the veggies we don’t love somehow now that we can’t have lasagna.
