Whole 30 #2: Day 17

Yesterday was the first day of an official Whole 30 (I don’t really know what that means), so there are loads of bloggers posting resources right now. Check out Mel, Holly, and Chowstalker if you need food ideas for your own Whole 30.

Breakfast:

The old banana chocolate pudding standby. This thing is yummy.

Lunch:

Day 17 lunch

 

Shredded chicken in a leftover curry sauce with coconut pineapples.

Dinner:

Day 17 dinner

 

A quick chicken breast and grilled red pepper dinner before an evening thing.

That wasn’t enough food, so I followed it up later with this:

Salsa chicken and guacamole.
