Whole 30 #2: Day 22
None, went grocery shopping instead.
A friend came over today to help peel wallpaper in exchange for a delicious paleo lunch, so I made her my Basque baked eggs (except I poached our eggs). She seemed to like it! I made a faux Larabar for dessert.
We met some friends at our favorite Mexican place for a birthday dinner. I ordered the chicken en mole with no rice and beans. It was delicious and came with a big salad. I wish I could say I have leftovers but I cleaned my plate. Turns out when you skip the chips and rice & beans you don’t get as bloatedly full.
