Whole 30 #2: Day 24
Hey look, I ate breakfast yesterday! I took advantage of a few spare minutes before my Wednesday morning thing and reheated some leftover salmon and squash. This is the day I learned that the baby I watch likes salmon and squash. Who knew?
Chicken shawarma salad. I tried a new salad dressing idea using coconut cream but it didn’t work like I’d hoped. I’ll try again another time.
Another dinner on my own means another tray from a local mediterranean place. This time it’s the chicken gyro platter from the Gourmet Factory. The best part is that they deliver.
I am getting a little tired of chicken.
