Whole 30 #2: Day 25
This morning I roasted a tray of veggies and topped them with a poached egg. Suddenly everything sounds like it would be better with a poached egg.
Leftover shawarma chicken and squash. I followed this up with some dates and nuts and cocoa. It has been a chocolate kind of week.
Today was my father in law’s birthday so we celebrated with dinner at his house. I had grilled chicken, sauteed squash, sweet potato fries, and a small salad. I also indulged in my kryptonite and a few bites of birthday cake. I’ll be feeling that tomorrow.
