Whole 30 #2: Day 30

Yesterday was the last day of this Whole 30!

Breakfast:

Day 30 breakfast

 

Scrambled eggs with summer squash.

Lunch:

Day 30 lunch

 

Chicken & veggie curry with a peach and some almonds. I had an extra big lunch to prepare for my all afternoon fast before an evening church service.

Dinner:

Day 30 dinner

 

Potluck after church. I brought Mel’s chocolate chili and also piled my plate with salad, pulled pork bbq, some Eritrean veggie dishes (minus the awesome bread), and sausage. In the photo above you can see the toddler stealing my strawberries.

I’ll share an after photo, my awesome weight loss, and some thoughts on this Whole 30 in the next few days. Thanks for sticking with me!
