Whole 30 2013 – Day 16

Tuesday!

Breakfast:

This was the day that I was in the car off and on all day, so I had to take my meals while I could. That means applesauce for breakfast after picking up the toddler and taking her to storytime at two different libraries.

Lunch:

Two Applegate sausages and leftover mashed cauliflower.

Dinner:

A quick salsa chicken with guacamole after a crazy day.

Snack:

My husband and I have both been seriously craving junk food, so I found a recipe for chocolate paleo mug cake. It wasn’t exactly Whole 30 compliant, which I noticed a while later when it gave me a histamine reaction. Was it the honey or the vanilla extract (alcohol and sugar)? I don’t know. It wasn’t even delicious.
