Today we’re back home and back on track.

Breakfast:

Lunch:

Meat sauce and an egg. Yum.

Snack:

I picked some pieces of pork roast out of the fridge for an afternoon snack.

Dinner:

T-bone steak, roasted butternut squash, and a salad.

Snack:

Dates, walnuts, coconut, and cocoa powder. Like God intended.
